SFPE 2024 Jack Bono Award for Engineering Communication
MIE Professor Yiannis Levendis is one of 15 collaborators who received the 2024 Jack Bono Award for Engineering Communication in the field of fire technology from the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE) for their paper “The Use of Unmanned Aerial Systems in Outdoor Fire Fighting.” This award recognizes authors who have made contributions to the advancement and application of professional fire protection engineering.
