Chowdhury and Jornet Elevated to IEEE Fellows
ECE Professors Kaushik Chowdhury and Josep Jornet were elevated to IEEE Fellows. Chowdhury was elevated for contributions to the development of cognitive radio networks and applied machine learning for wireless systems. Jornet was recognized for contributions in terahertz communication and nanonetworking. Less than 0.1% of voting members are selected annually for this member grade elevation.
