Hajjar Wins 2015 BSCES Clemens Herschel Award
CEE Chair Jerome Hajjar won the 2015 BSCES Clemens Herschel Award from the Boston Society of Civil Engineers Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers. The award ‘recognizes those individuals who have published papers that have been useful, commendable, and worthy of grateful acknowledgment.’
