Hoyt Awarded Ford Foundation Fellowship

ChE PhD student Katie Hoyt, PhD’24, won the prestigious national Ford Foundation Fellowship to support her doctoral research. Hoyt is doing research in Assistant Professor Benjamin Woolston’s lab focusing on using metabolically engineered acetogenic microbes to convert renewable single-carbon feedstocks into chemicals and fuels.
