New Faculty Spotlight: Alp Akcay
Alp Akcay joins the mechanical and industrial engineering department in January 2025 as an associate professor.
He has a PhD in operations management and manufacturing from Carnegie Mellon University. His research interests include simulation-based optimization, digital twins, data analytics, predictive maintenance, semiconductor manufacturing, and supply chains.
