Sipahi Elevated to Senior Member of IEEE

MIE Associate Professor Rifat Sipahi has achieved the rank of Senior Member of the IEEE, an honor bestowed only to those who have made significant contributions to the profession. Only about 8% of over 400,000 members attain this membership grade.
