MIE/ECE Professor Yongmin Liu was appointed as an Associate Editor of IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Quantum Electronics, a journal dedicated to the publication of manuscripts reporting novel experimental or theoretical results within the broad field of science and technology of quantum electronics of either a device, subsystem, or system-oriented nature.
